Before an exercise programme is started we will need to take you through a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ), this will identify possible area where a medical note from your Doctor is needed before any exercise is undertaken.

Our PT, Chris Baker holds Exercise Referral as part of his Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, which means that he is qualified to train people referred to him by GP’s / Doctors wit h the following conditions :

Ø Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD)

Ø Diabetes Types I & II

Ø Depression

Ø Stress & Anxiety
