Chris is based in Newbridge, South East Wales and his journey to fitness began in 2003 when he successfully lost almost 3 stone in weight.
He works with clients in the NP and CF postcode areas, although will travel further afield for special rates.
Chris believes in an all-
running, cycling, rowing, cross-
‘mind over matter’ in exercise and nutrition. He helps clients believe in themselves and develops a ‘can do’ attitude to help them reach their goals.
